The automatic bag feeding packaging machine significantly improves the packaging efficiency during the production process. However, during long-term operation or improper usage, some common faults may still occur.
One of the common problems is that the equipment fails to supply bags properly. The main reasons might be worn-out suction cups, insufficient air pressure, or deviation in the bag feeding position. The solution is to promptly check the status of the suction cups, adjust the air source pressure, and calibrate the bag placement position to ensure smooth bag feeding.
Secondly, loose sealing or uneven sealing is also a common fault, usually related to improper setting of the heating temperature, aging of the heating elements, or insufficient pressure. When troubleshooting, check the heating system, adjust the temperature and pressure appropriately, and replace aging parts regularly to maintain stable sealing effect.

Another situation is that the bag is not picked up successfully, which may be caused by a malfunction of the vacuum generator, blockage of the suction cups, or a slippery surface of the bag material. In this case, clean the suction cups, replace the vacuum components, and ensure that the bag surface is dry and clean. In terms of electrical faults, such as the touchscreen not responding or the sensing switch malfunctioning, it is generally related to loose wiring, aging connectors, or control system failures. When troubleshooting, gradually test the electrical connection parts and replace damaged components to ensure the system operates stably.
During daily maintenance, regularly cleaning, lubricating, and checking the tightness of the automatic bag feeding packaging machine can effectively prevent the occurrence of most faults. In general, when encountering equipment abnormalities, promptly identify the cause and corresponding eliminate them. This not only reduces downtime but also extends the equipment's service life, ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the production line.
