Linyi Yichen Nickel Chromium Alloy Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 500,000 tons of stainless steel new materials. The project is invested by Beijing Qiyang Wancheng Technology Co., Ltd. to build an annual output of 500,000 tons of new stainless steel materials.
The project adopts the most advanced and mature RKEF (rotary kiln-mining furnace) process in the world. The nickel content of the product is 9.5% to 11%. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, low pollution, high resource recovery rate, high product taste, and production cost ratio. The traditional process is reduced by about 40%. The project is equipped with dust-removing and environmental protection facilities, which are low-sulfur and low-carbon, and fully comply with national standards.
The first phase of the project will invest 1 billion yuan to build four nickel-chromium alloy production lines. Construction started in February 2020, and it is planned to be completed and put into production by the end of October.
