On June 12, China's No. 20 Metallurgical Group undertook the construction of Shanxi Jianlong's first annual output of 1.3 million tons of bar production line heat load trial run successfully.
Shanxi Jianlong’s 1.3 million ton bar project is a digital, intelligent, automated, informatized, green manufacturing, energy-saving and environmental protection equipment upgrade project based on the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee’s overall idea of “four for four high for two simultaneous”. The construction includes Workshop main workshop, main rolling line, workshop circulating water treatment, power supply and distribution, transmission, PLC system, etc. After the project is completed, it will realize an annual output of 1.3 million tons of bars, which will further enhance the supporting capacity of Shanxi Jianlong's high-end products and enhance market competitiveness.
During the construction process, all the project employees prepared the construction plan, refined the construction plan, implemented the safety measures, strengthened the quality control in the process and many other measures, and strived to grab the construction period to ensure that the work was steadily advanced according to the established time points. The successful heat load test run laid a solid foundation.
