In Indonesia Castle Peak Industrial Park, Morowali County, Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, invest in the development and construction of Indonesia Zhonggreen New Energy Co., Ltd. laterite nickel ore smelting with an annual output of 30,000 tons of high-grade nickel containing metal (Indonesia), and implement the project in stages with Indonesia Zhonggreen New Energy Co., Ltd., a joint venture company established by all parties in Indonesia.

Zhongwei Hong Kong New Energy holds 70% of the equity in the joint venture and Rigqueza holds 30% of the equity.

The total investment of the project is about 243 million US dollars, in which the first phase of the project plans to produce 10,000 tons of high-grade nickel containing nickel metal annually, and the total investment is about 81 million US dollars.

Huayue nickel-cobalt (Indonesia) co. LTD

Founded in November 2018, Huayue Nickel-Co (Indonesia) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huayue Nickel-Co") is a joint venture of Huayu Co, Luoyang Molybdenum and Qingshan Industry. Its business scope includes resource development, nickel-cobalt metal smelting, deep processing of middle and downstream products, etc.

The Morowali Wet Process Project, currently under construction, is located at Castle Peak Industrial Park in central Sulawesi, Indonesia. The project will start in the second half of 2018 and is expected to start trial production by the end of 2021.

After the project is put into operation, it will have an annual output of 60,000 tons of nickel metal, and the products will be mainly used as cathode materials for new energy vehicle batteries, with broad market application prospects.

Huaco Nickel Industry Indonesia Co. Ltd

Indonesia 45,000 tons of high nickel ice project, invested 516 million US dollars (about 3.6 billion yuan) to build 45,000 tons of high nickel ice project, implemented by the main body of Huakke Nickel Industry Indonesia Co., Ltd. (the company holds 70% shares), and cooperated with Qingshan Group.

The construction period of the project is 2 years. Envy will start construction in 2021 and is expected to put into production in 2023.

The output of high nickel products is 57,700 tons/year, and the nickel content is 45,000 tons.

The investment per ton of the project is 81,400 Yuan/ton, which is 3.3% lower than the 34,000-ton project of Shengtun Mining in Indonesia.

Qingmei Bang New Energy Material Co., Ltd

In September 2018, Jingmen Greenmei signed the Joint Venture Agreement with Xinzhan International, Guangdong Bangpu, Indonesia IMIP Park, and Saka and Industrial on the Construction of the Indonesian Lite Nickel Mine for the Production of Battery-grade Nickel Chemicals (Nickel Sulphate Crystals)(50,000 tons of Nickel/Year) Project.

Built projects is expected early goals for not less than 50000 tonnes of nickel metal wet smelting capacity, 4000 tonnes of cobalt wet smelting metal ability, output 50000 tons of nickel hydroxide intermediates, 20000 tons of 150000 tons of battery grade nickel sulfate crystals, battery level, 30000 tonnes of cobalt sulfate crystal cell level manganese sulfate crystal, according to the global market in the future need to adjust the product structure and expand the scale of production.

On January 11, 2019, the foundation stone laying ceremony of the project was successfully held in the Castle Peak Industrial Park of the China-Indonesia Integrated Industrial Park in Morowali County, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia.

On March 6, 2021, the farewell ceremony of Glimet Group Indonesia Nickel Resources Project Team was held in the International Conference Hall of Jingmen Park.

The company will accelerate the construction of the nickel resources project in Indonesia and plans to complete the construction in 2021. After the completion of the project, it will effectively guarantee the strategic demand for nickel resources for the company's battery materials business in the future, and further enhance the company's supply guarantee ability and core competitiveness in the global field of battery raw materials manufacturing.

Ningbo Liqin Resources Technology Co., Ltd

Liqin Nickel Industry (Hamahera) Co., Ltd. is invested by Ningbo Liqin Resources Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Indonesia's powerful Halida Group.

The "OBI nickel-cobalt smelting project" under construction by the company in Indonesia is the first project in Indonesia to develop laterite nickel ore using HPAL wet process (high pressure acid leaching-nickel-cobalt precipitation process), located in Kawasi mining area in Obi town, South Hamahera county, North Maluku province, Indonesia.

It is expected that the two-phase project will have an annual production capacity of 240,000 tons of nickel sulfate and 30,000 tons of cobalt sulfate after it is put into operation.

The project, with a total investment of $1.05 billion, started construction in the second half of 2018. It was originally planned to put into production in Q2, 2020, but due to the impact of the global epidemic, it is now expected to start trial production in Q2, 2020, with an annual production capacity of 96,000 tons of nickel cobalt hydroxide intermediate product MHP.

In the first quarter of 2021, the nickel sulfate project will be put into operation, with a production capacity of 160,000 tons of nickel sulfate and 20,000 tons of cobalt sulfate.

The second phase of the project and the third autoclave system are expected to be put into production in the second quarter of 2022, with an annual production capacity of 240,000 tons of nickel sulfate and 30,000 tons of cobalt sulfate.
