On July 12, China Enfei and PT MITRA MURNI PERKASA (MMP) signed an agreement related to the MMP nickel smelting project. Liu Cheng, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Enfei, Andrew Hidayat, founder of Indonesia MMS Group, and Adhi Mustopo, general manager of MMP Company, attended the signing ceremony.
The MMP nickel smelting project is China's first high-ice nickel contract project in Indonesia. The project is located in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Island, Indonesia, the main product is high-ice nickel, using RKEF core expertise technology, proposed to build two 48MVA circular electric furnace production line and converter vulcanization production line. After the project is put into operation, the annual output of nickel metal can be 22,000 tons.
Relying on this project, China Enfei will build a reliable, competitive, green, safe and environmentally friendly nickel smelter, create a new benchmark in the field of nickel smelting, and provide Enfei solutions for the new energy material industry chain.
