Recently, three projects, including the Cabada Village office project, Cabungu Primary School construction project and community road repair project, have been started with the assistance of Huagang Mining. The Cabada Village office project includes the rehabilitation of existing offices, the construction of a conference room, a health area and the installation of office equipment; The Kabungu Primary School construction project includes the construction of three classrooms, a sanitation area, a solar-powered pump-water well, and educational supplies such as desks, chairs and office equipment for students and teachers; The Community Road Rehabilitation project is located between the villages of Mapendo, Mutaka and Biwaya. It mainly involves the upgrading of an existing 14 km dirt road which has fallen into disrepair and is difficult to access. The new road is a six metre wide gravel road with drainage system.
Recently, Huagang Mining has completed the construction of industrial technology school, agricultural mechanization, part of the road repair, B6 and Mutaka dam repair, 5 Wells and supporting water points construction and other projects. Projects such as drinking water supply, primary school construction in YENGE Village and corn support are under intense construction. Huagang Mining will continue to improve the environment of surrounding communities and improve the living standards of surrounding people.
