International Tin Prices Hit A 10-year High

Spot tin on the London Metal Exchange closed 9.94% higher at $31,129 a tonne, a 10-year high.

Copper closed up 0.2 per cent at $9,880.25 a tonne.

Aluminium closed at $2,394.6 a tonne, up 0.24%.

Lead closed 0.66 per cent higher at $2,080.57 a tonne.

Zinc at $2,903 / t, down 0.14%.

Nickel rose 2.84% to $17,410 a tonne.


Gold settled at $1773.9 an ounce on the New York Mercantile Exchange, down 0.28%.

Silver was down 1.26% at $26.12 an ounce.

Platinum was down 2.99% at $1,1212.20 an ounce.

Palladium was down 0.76% at $2930.2 an ounce.


Australian 62% grade iron ore powder closed at $193.5 / t, up 1.84%.

58% grade iron ore powder closed at 166.6 US dollars/ton, down 2.37%.


Uranium (U3O8) closed flat at $29.05 a tonne.


West Texas Intermediate (WTI) closed at $63.86 / BBL, up 1.46%.

Brent crude settled at $66.49 / BBL, up 0.74%.
