Today's palletizing machine technology cannot be said to have reached its peak, but it is already quite mature and has been applied in various industries. There are many types of palletizing machines, and the right-angle coordinate palletizing machine is one of them. Does it belong to traditional palletizing machines? Today, let's take a look together at the types of traditional palletizing machines. Curious friends, come and have a look!

1. Rectangular coordinate palletizing machine
The right-angle coordinate stacker is also known as a truss stacker or a gantry stacker. It is based on the XYZ right-angle coordinate system as its fundamental mathematical model, and uses servo motors and stepper motors as the driving force for a single-axis robotic arm as its basic working unit. It can reach any point in the XYZ three-dimensional coordinate system and follow a controllable motion trajectory.
2. Full-joint structure palletizing machine
The full-joint structure palletizer has four degrees of freedom, namely four rotating joints. It has strong applicability and is widely used for palletizing products such as cartons, plastic boxes, bottles, bags, barrels, film packages, and bottled products. The structure design is simple, the operation is stable and reliable, and the palletizing process is fully automatic. During normal operation, no manual intervention is required.
3. Parallel Quadrilateral Structure Palletizing Machine
The parallelogram-shaped palletizing machine is enlarged through two linear axes via a complex hinge structure. It has a large number of parts and is complex to install. Since no algorithm support is required, most low-end palletizing machines are based on this architecture as their prototype.
4. Linear Horizontal Multi-joint Palletizing Machine
The linear horizontal multi-joint stacker crane has the same stability and high efficiency as the full-joint robot, the same cylindrical coordinate system as the parallel four-sided structure stacker crane, and the same low cost as the right-angle stacker crane structure.
Traditional palletizing robots take up a large amount of space, have a limited movement range and a single thread, which can only meet the identification of one product or the stacking of one type. From the perspective of a single production line, they are a good choice. However, when an enterprise grows to a certain scale, it will not be satisfied with the production of only one product. Therefore, in response to the development needs, palletizing machinery with smaller占地面积, multiple identification types, customizable stacking types, and elegant and grand appearance is put into use.
