Technological process: The production process of "crushing + biological heap leaching + extraction + electrowinning" is adopted to directly produce cathode copper.


Main technical indicators: The minimum copper grade into the pile is 0.2%, the copper leaching rate is 80%, the copper recovery rate is more than 75%, and the leaching cycle is 185-220 days. Compared with typical foreign biological copper extraction mines, the copper leaching rate is similar, the leaching cycle is shortened by more than 1/3, the ore copper grade is lower by 2/3, and the cash cost per ton of mine is reduced by 2/3. Compared with the flotation-flash copper smelting process, electricity consumption is reduced by 55%, carbon dioxide emissions are reduced by 63%, sulfur dioxide emissions are reduced by 65%, water is saved by 80%, and costs are reduced by 60%.


The Zijinshan large-scale low-grade copper sulfide mine uses this technology to process more than 3 million tons of low-grade copper ore annually and produce 10,000 tons of high-purity copper cathodes. The product quality meets the quality standards of high-purity copper cathodes. The successful application of this technology has greatly reduced the boundary grade of the Zijinshan copper ore body. Approved by the National Mineral Reserves Committee, the ore body was recirculated at 0.42% of the piled grade, which expanded the copper metal reserves of the Zijinshan Copper Mine from 630,000 tons (copper grade 1.09%) to 1.916 million tons, and the Zijinshan copper mine resources expanded by 2 It has significantly expanded the scope of resource utilization. In addition, after lowering the boundary grade, the continuous thickness of the ore body increases, and the stripping ratio can be greatly reduced. The technical achievements can be directly applied to the development and utilization of secondary copper sulfide ore, low-grade primary copper sulfide ore waste rock heap leaching, and can also be applied to refractory gold ore biological pretreatment, low-grade nickel-cobalt ore and low-grade zinc sulfide ore Of biological leaching.
