2. Operation of the heat sealing machine:

It takes 17-19 seconds for each layer of bag to be heat-sealed and arranged. The two layers need to be heat-sealed for more than 36 seconds at the fastest. The overall heat-sealing time is 4 packs (take the bag from the checkweigher---the fourth pack leaves the heat-sealing machine), totaling 2 minutes 53 seconds, an average of 44 seconds/1 packet.

 Test questions and precautions:

1. After the bag is packaged, it cannot be completely let go before it is heat-sealed to prevent it from tipping.

2. The test is in an open field, due to the interference of air volume, it takes a long time to stabilize the instrument (the longest time is 25 seconds, usually 3-5 seconds). If deducting the influence of air volume on the stable start-up delay time of the packaging machine instrument, the entire packaging system averages 49 seconds / 1 package.
