According to local Ukrainian media reports, Ukraine’s imports of nickel ore and concentrates from January to August 2020 increased by 30% over the same period in 2019 to 1.12 million tons.
According to statistics released by the State Customs Administration of Ukraine, nickel ore imports increased by 31.2% to 55.706 million US dollars.
Ukraine did not export or re-export these products from January to August 2020, while the country provided Greece with 7,999 tons of nickel ore at a price of US$322,000 in the same period of 2019.
