3. Working Principle: Small Open Bag screw Packing Machine
Materials flow freely by gravity and product will enter into weighing system uniformly through feeding unit from silo. The feeding unit valve will open after start up packing machine, and then Materials will be filled into bag or weighing hopper. When weight reaches the preset value, the feeding unit valve will close, and material flow into bag from weighing hopper fast. Operator takes filled bag away, or put it on belt conveyor to sewing machine. The packing process finishes.
