Working principle:

Cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, the jacket heat exchange area is large, cooling speed is fast. Use and maintenance:
1. When the equipment is running, no hard foreign matter larger than 5mm shall enter the machine, otherwise it should be stopped and excluded. In the operation if there is metal impact, friction and other abnormal sound, should be stopped in time to check and eliminate.
2. When solid-liquid mixing should be run first, then spray liquid, after the spray is completed, continue to run and mix for 3 ~ 5 minutes.
3. A material mixing time is generally about 5~8 minutes. The mixing time of special materials needs to be determined by user test.
4. The particle size of the mixed material is 20~1400 mesh.
5. The lubricating oil of the reducer and bearing should be replaced regularly in use. The lubrication of the reducer is carried out according to the requirements of the reducer manual. Compound lithium base grease for main shaft bearings.
6. The shaft end seal is sealed by packing. The sealing material is generally oil-soaked asbestos. If a small amount of leakage is found during use, the clamping bolt of the filling box cover should be tightened.
