Working Principle:
This series of packers has vacuum chamber which connected with negative pressed air source to help the feeding device to move material into bags.
Material is fed into the surge bin from where the bulk/trim filling system move the material from,

at the same time, the negative pressure from the vacuum chamber helps to “drag” the product into the bag that placed in the vacuum chamber.

When reaching the pre-set weight value, filling device and vacuum source is stopped, the vacuum chamber’s gate opens and the filled bag could be taken off manually or automatically.
