According to Article 7.2.3 of GEM Stock Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, MSS is a related party of the Company and this transaction constitutes a related transaction.
Regarding nickel mining, Madani Nickel Mining Company has received the cancellation of the cancellation Order (No. : 20220302-01-79231) issued by the Indonesian Minister of Investment for Madani Nickel Mining (No. : 20220829-08-01-0069), Indonesia's Ministry of Investment (BKPM) and Ministry of Energy and Mines (ESDM) decide to reinstate the mining license of Madani Nickel Mine based on the objection letter submitted by Madani Nickel Company, etc.; The IPC coal mine case has been withdrawn. After the withdrawal, the company will continue to maintain in-depth communication with the Indonesian Ministry of Investment on the issue of IPC coal mining license according to the relevant policies of Indonesia. In addition, the exploration work in part of the BMU nickel mine is progressing in an orderly manner. The exploration contract was signed in mid-August 2022, and the stipulated exploration period is about 3 months.
